How Our Service Works

TidyPaw makes dog ownership easier by taking care of the dirty work for you.

1. Sign up for Services

Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.

2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup

Once you sign up for service, a TidyPaw team member will contact you to schedule your first cleanup and guide you through the next steps so you know exactly how the process works.

3. Setup Customer Portal

Once you sign up for service, a TidyPaw representative will contact you to schedule your first cleanup and explain the entire process step-by-step.

4. Attach Payment Method

All billing is processed on the 1st of each month before services begin. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is enabled, TidyPaw will generate your invoice and send a receipt to your email. You can also view your invoices anytime in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first scheduled service of the month, your visit may be paused until the balance is cleared.

5. Enjoy a Clean, Waste-Free Yard!

Congratulations! You’re now part of the TidyPaw family.
